Map

North Carolina County & Parcel Explorer

All 100 counties and live statewide parcels in one map, drawn from NC OneMap.

How to use it

  1. Find a county. Use the Jump to a county list, or click any county on the map.
  2. See its numbers. The side panel shows how many parcels the county has in the statewide dataset.
  3. Zoom in to street level. Parcel boundaries appear once you are close in.
  4. Click a parcel. See its parcel number, address, acres, land and total value, use and last sale date.
  5. Switch the background. Use the layers button in the top right for light gray, USGS Topo or imagery.

About the data

Parcels come from the NC OneMap statewide parcel service, which standardizes data from all 100 counties and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. The map reads it live, so it is as current as NC OneMap.

Counties are the official source for parcel records. Check with the county before relying on any parcel for legal or financial decisions.
